Hoy te quiero enseñar a hacer unas trufas muy fáciles para niños pequeños (a partir de 3º de infantil), que no necesitan ni fuego ni horno y que es una de las actividades que hicimos el año pasado en su cumpleaños. Es ideal para hacerlo como actividad de cumpleaños, ya que los niños lo pueden hacer solos, de manera más o menos autónoma y tienen postre hechos por ellos mismos.
Ingredientes y materiales
-Galleta oreo (curiosamente son sin lactosa)
-Queso de untar (en nuestro caso sin lactosa)
-Fideos de chocolate
-Fideos de colores de caramelo
-Vaso, cuchara y plato de plástico
-Bolsas pequeñas de plástico
-Tartaleta de papel para trufa o bombón
-Rodillo de amasar o similar
Proceso
Cogemos las galletas oreo y se abren por la mitad. La nata de la galleta se deja en el vaso pequeño de plástico. Además al vaso se le echa una cucharadita de queso de untar.
En una bolsa de plástico se meten las dos partes de la galleta oreo ya sin nata. Se cierra la bolsa y se machaca hasta que quede en polvo (puede ser con rodillo o con una botella, tarro de cristal...).
Cubrir la bolita de fideos. Una vez cubierta la bolita se puede amasar y redondear antes de pasarla a la tartaleta de papel.
Y ya está lista para comer. Sencilla la receta ¿verdad?
